Biography
Nischal Wanem is a Gen-Z cultural activist and high school student who has spent the past four years researching Yakthung history, culture, and Mundhum. Through this work, he has connected with writers, historians, media personalities, and cultural advocates, contributing to his growing presence in the field. He creates educational videos and posts on Yakthung heritage, many of which have reached large audiences on social media. Nischal serves as the Joint Secretary of Yakthung Yuwa Mach, Morang, and is a member of the Yakthung Limbu Heritage Archives, actively working to promote and preserve Yakthung identity among the younger generation.
